No, our cleaners arrive fully equipped with all necessary supplies, including eco-friendly cleaning products, microfiber cloths, mops, vacuums, and specialized tools. However, if you prefer specific products, we're happy to use yours.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid a fee. For last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours), a 50% service charge applies. For same-day cancellations or if our cleaner arrives and can't access the property, the full service fee applies.
We love pets! However, for their safety and to allow our cleaners to work efficiently, we recommend securing pets in a separate room or crate during the cleaning. Please let us know about any pets when booking so we can assign pet-friendly staff.
Maid Allocation
We match you with a consistent cleaner who learns your preferences and home layout. This dedicated professional comes on a schedule you set (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) and provides personalized service. You'll work directly with the same team member each visit.
We maintain detailed notes about your preferences so a backup cleaner can seamlessly step in. If your regular maid is unavailable, we'll notify you in advance and send a fully briefed, equally qualified replacement to maintain service continuity.
Absolutely! Your dedicated maid will learn your specific priorities. Common special requests include inside refrigerator cleaning, oven cleaning, interior window washing, laundry, and organization tasks. Additional services may incur extra charges.
